We mentor and teach other library, archives, museum, and cultural heritage professionals to increase capacity and contribute to professional growth. We know that equalizing access to cultural heritage, particularly in under-represented repositories, is a public good. We believe that all parties in a well-composed collaboration have the capacity to make real contributions. And, we believe that integrating creativity and fun into work increases engagement and enjoyment.
